How quickly do you confirm bookings?
We confirm every booking the same day by call or WhatsApp. Bookings made during store hours (10 AM to 9 PM) are usually confirmed within 30 minutes.
Can I stay with my pet during the session?
You are welcome to wait in the store and watch. For anxious pets, our groomers prefer a slower introduction, and your presence often helps them settle.
What if my pet has never been groomed before?
Tell us when you book. We schedule extra time and use slow introductions, warm water and plenty of patience. Most first-timers settle in the first 15 minutes.
Is there parking at the store?
