We are not a veterinary clinic, we do not employ veterinarians, and nothing we do or say, on this website or in our store, constitutes veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment.

If your pet shows signs of illness, injury, pain or distress, contact a qualified veterinarian promptly. Grooming cannot diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions, and it is not a substitute for veterinary care, including for skin conditions, ear infections, parasites, or any other health concern.

Grooming is a physical service performed on live animals, and it carries inherent risks even when performed with professional care. These risks include, without limitation:

• reactions to bathing, drying or grooming products
• minor cuts, nicks or irritation, particularly on sensitive skin
• stress or anxiety, especially for pets not used to handling
• discovery of underlying conditions (skin lesions, matting, parasites, lumps) hidden by the coat, which may be revealed or aggravated during grooming
• the need to shave severely matted coats, which can expose irritated skin and may be uncomfortable for the pet
• risks associated with elderly, very young, pregnant, or medically compromised pets, even for routine services

You are responsible for telling us about your pet's health, behaviour and history before every session so we can assess suitability and take precautions. Where we consider that grooming would put your pet at risk, we may decline or stop a session, and we will always tell you why.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without limiting anything in our Terms & Conditions, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on website content, from inherent grooming risks, or from third-party platforms, and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session or product. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or gross negligence.
