What can I ask through the contact form?
Anything that is not a booking: questions about breeds, products in the pet shop, feedback, or working with your pet's specific needs. For slots, use the booking form instead so we can confirm faster.
How quickly do you reply to messages?
Within a few hours during store time (10 AM to 9 PM). WhatsApp is the fastest channel for urgent questions.
Do you stock a specific food or toy brand?
We stock Farmina, Pedigree, Drools and Chappi for dogs, Whiskas, Me-O and Drools for cats, plus toys, collars, accessories and seasonal clothes. Tell us what you are looking for and we will check the shelf.
Can I visit before booking?
Yes. Walk in any day between 10 AM and 9 PM, see the studio, meet the team, and watch a session in progress before you decide.
